Gore on Obama’s Denver flop: It was the altitude!

Good thing that Al Gore is co-founder and chairman of the board at Current TV. If he were just some regular old pundit-commentator-analyst-contributor-strategist, his comment attributing President Obama’s poor debate performance to Denver’s altitude could well serve as a firing offense. The comment, in full:

Romney did his debate prep in Denver. When you go to 5,000 feet and you have only a few hours to adjust, uh, I don’t know . . . maybe . . .

Maybe throw away that talking point.
