The first 57 seconds of this interview by MSNBC’s Ed Schultz with Sandra Fluke, a scheduled speaker at the Democratic National Convention, is edifying enough. The two discuss the contrasts between the two presidential candidates on issues of concern to women. At second 58, Schultz makes a reference to something silly and petty that a very highly paid employee of Fox News had said about Fluke on air, and the rest of the clip sinks to that level of discourse.
