New York Post on Breyer: ‘Mug him again’

New York Post wishes crime upon justice. (AP Photo/Steve Helber, File) (Steve Helber - AP)
When the New York Post wants to offend, it doesn’t need much space. In the space of just several tweets (849 characters), the paper’s editorial voice manages to:

*Recount how Supreme Court Justice Stephen Breyer and his wife were “robbed of $1,000 in cash by a masked robber wielding a machete at their West Indies vacation home.”

*Relate that incident to an old tale of former New York Mayor Ed Koch.

*Note that Breyer is a “reliably liberal” justice.

*Root for Breyer to have another such horrifying incident. “...all we can say is, ‘Mug him again.’ ”

Yes, it’s clear that’s all the New York Post can say.
