Video of Wii 2 supposedly leaked from developer

A suspicious video has surfaced online showing what the upload claims is a presentation on “Project Cafe,” aka the Wii 2.

The grainy, 40-second silent video shows a woman giving a presentation outlining the design features of a new Nintendo console and controller.

If the footage is authentic — those slides bear a striking resemblance to images widely considered to be fake— it confirms some of the rumors that have been circulating about the new system.

The video seems to bear out reports from IGN and game developer news site Develop that said the new Wii controller will have a 6-inch touchscreen, as well as a D-pad, two analog sticks four face buttons and trigger buttons.

The console in the video looks like a wider, boxier version of the current Wii, and the presentation seems to indicate it will come in white and black.

All speculation should come to an end in June when Nintendo unveils the Wii at E3. Until then, what do you think of this footage? Is it real?
