The nominees for the annual Webby awards have been announced, and the nominees include Angry Birds, the Old Spice campaign and Justin Bieber.

Voters can now pick their favorites from the award’s five bajillion categories for the best Web sites, mobile apps, interactive advertising and online film and video. Voting closes April 28.

(Full disclosure: The Washington Post is up for two of the awards this year.)

The awards are presented by the International Academy of Digital Arts and Sciences, which includes a 750-member executive body that includes Web, entertainment, art and business experts of all stripes.

If you want to vote, you can sign up through Facebook, Twitter or good ol’ fashioned e-mail.

The awards will be announced June 13, 2011. In addition to awarding the year’s Internet elite, the Webbys are well-known for their five-word acceptance speeches .
