Former secretary of state Condoleezza Rice made a brief cameo Thursday night on NBC’s “30 Rock.”
Rice, who’s never before appeared on a TV sitcom, played herself as the jealous, piano-playing ex-girlfriend of Jack Donaghy (played by Alec Baldwin).
As you can see in the clip above (or here), Donaghy visits Rice’s office asking her to help secure the safe return of his wife, Avery, who’s been abducted by the North Koreans.
A mild jealous rage and a flute-piano playoff ensues. No word yet on whether the secretary will make a return (though she expertly played the part).
