The Federal Eye joined C-SPAN’s “Washington Journal” on Tuesday morning to discuss the Senate’s agreement on a short-term spending bill that would fund the government through Nov. 18, including money to replenish the Federal Emergency Management Agency’s disaster relief fund. The segment includes a conversation with Wilkes-Barre, Pa., Mayor Thomas M. Leighton (D), who describes the process of applying for federal storm assistance.
