FEMA's new bilingual ad campaign



The Federal Emergency Management Agency today launches a new bilingual awareness campaign designed to encourage Americans to prepare in advance for natural disasters by developing family disaster plans and having the necessary supplies on hand. The ads also promote the government's and ("listo" means "ready" in Spanish).

The ad was originally developed for Spanish media only, but it tested so well that FEMA decided to produce the same exact ad in English, according agency officials. Watch both versions above.
