How would Obama, Romney handle feds?

President Obama and Mitt Romney had a spirited rematch Tuesday night, in the second of three debates.

Topics ranged from jobs to taxes to Libya, education and pay equity for women. The next debate, on Monday, will focus specifically on foreign policy.

But the Commander in Chief is also the manager of the federal workforce. What are their ideas about federal workers and the future of government?
