The call for “change” seems to be constant these days in offices across the country — in the private sector as well as in government. But it’s rarely easy to make significant change in the workplace.
Chris McGoff of Washington-based consulting group The Clearing says his new book identifies the biggest obstacles to making change at work — and how to get past them. And he’ll be discussing them — and more — today at 1 p.m.
According to The Clearing’s web site, the firm’s client list includes “most of the agencies of the U.S. federal government as well as a wide range of organizations such as IBM, AARP, Consol Energy, DuPont, the United Nations, and Boeing.”
If you have a particularly sticky problem in your office, this should be a good time to ask about it. You can submit questions on the chat page or in the comments below.
