The challenge of governing without a budget

The federal government is on its sixth continuing resolution, as the country heads into day 179 without a budget. The Post reported Saturday on the limbo almost every agency is in: managers running in place, unable to hire, train their employees or keep vital contracts going. We asked you for your perspective to help us report Saturday’s story on life in government on the installment plan. Federal workers and contractors responded with candor and plenty of frustration.
