State Dept. considering new rules on employee censorship

In the Loop’s Emily Heil writes that the State Department is rewriting its rules on social media, blogging, speeches and other appearances by employees. Among the changes: Officials get a full two days to review an employee’s proposed tweets and five days to approve or reject blog posts, speeches and remarks prepared for live events.
