• The Washington Post has launched a new “Washington in Transition” page that provides transition-planning news for President Obama’s second term and tracks who is coming and going. Stay tuned so you don’t miss a thing.
• The new NBC comedy “1600 Penn,” which debuts Monday at 9:30 p.m., is “absolutely, absolutely not a political show,” according to the show’s creator, who also plays the president’s son. He said the series is about a dysfunctional family living under a microscope at the famous White House address.
• In the Loop columnist Al Kamen provides the latest scuttlebutt on who might replace Energy Secretary Steven Chu.
