Federal workers have the option of using unscheduled leave or unscheduled telework, but non-emergency employees must notify their supervisors of their intent to use those alternatives, the agency announced Thursday evening.
Emergency Employees must report to their worksites on time unless otherwise directed by their agencies, according to OPM.
