Federal workers: What does teleworking look like for you?

We all know the goals behind telework – operations continue despite emergencies and bad weather, management costs go down, and employees can better balance their work and personal responsibilities.

But what do telework days really look like? Are federal employees just as productive when they work from home, or do they end up washing laundry and watching talk shows all day? Perhaps it’s all of the above for the best multitaskers.
