VA employees: What advice would you give the next VA secretary?

On Monday, President Obama nominated former Procter & Gamble chief Robert McDonald to head the troubled Department of Veterans Affairs.

If confirmed, he would lead an agency coping with a rapidly growing number of veterans needing care and a recent scheduling scandal that involved cover-ups of treatment delays and retaliation against employees who tried to expose wrongdoing.
