Quick hits: Brown, Atogwe, Landry miss practice with injuries

Jammal Brown (groin), Oshiomogho Atogwe (toe, knee), LaRon Landry (Achilles), Markus White (illness), Niles Paul (toe), Keyaron Fox (knee, skin infection) and Santana Moss (hand) all did not practice Wednesday.

Paul and Moss are out for Sunday. The others have yet to be ruled out.

Trent Williams practiced fully after being slowed by an ankle sprain. He suffered no setbacks after playing Sunday for the first time in two weeks.

Shanahan said receiver David Anderson has a chance to help the Redskins right away because of his familiarity with Kyle Shanahan’s system.

Wide receiver Anthony Armstrong spent time on the field after practice, working with receivers coach Keenan McCardell on beating bump coverage.

Shanahan said “I’m happy with (Armstrong) and see him having a long career here.”

Shanahan said Tashard Choice had a good practice today. No decision yet on whether he will play Sunday.
