Redskins injury report: Helu, Brown questionable for Sunday

The Washington Redskins have listed both running back Roy Helu and starting right tackle Jammal Brown as questionable for Sunday’s season finale against the Philadelphia Eagles.

Helu missed last Sunday’s game with knee and toe injuries, but has maintained that he expects to play. Coach Mike Shanahan, however, said on Friday that the Nebraska product remained limited by his injuries in Friday’s practice. Brown remained limited Friday with a hip injury.

The Redskins expect to have defensive end Adam Carriker (chest), linebacker London Fletcher (ankle), safety DeJon Gomes (shoulder), punter Sav Rocca (ankle) and receiver Donte Stallworth (ankle).

The Eagles will be without cornerback Asante Samuel, who is nursing a hamstring injury. Meanwhile, Philadelphia lists running back LeSean McCoy (ankle) as questionable. Banged up offensive tackle Todd Herrmans (ankle) and defensive tackle Trevor Laws (knee) are probable.
