Redskins’ injury report: Landry sits, five others limited

The Washington Redskins had one player sit out Wednesday’s practice and another five were limited, according to the team’s injury report.

Strong safety LaRon Landry sat with his strained right hamstring and Landry has said that he won’t play in Sunday’s game.

Tight end Chris Cooley (knee), return man Brandon Banks (knee), free safety Oshiomogho Atogwe (hamstring), receiver Donte Stallworth (shoulder) and running back Ryan Torain (hand) all were limited.

Coach Mike Shanahan said no determination has been made on whether Cooley will play Sunday. The two-time Pro Bowl tight end missed all of the preseason with an ailing left knee.

Atogwe said Wednesday morning that he hopes to play Sunday, as did Stallworth.
