Washington Redskins inside linebacker London Fletcher will indeed start Sunday’s game despite being listed as questionable with a hamstring strain and balance issues.

Fletcher suffered the hamstring injury in last week’s loss to the Giants, wjen he missed much of the second half. He went through six to seven hours of examinations by a neurologist on Thursday as he and the team tried to determine the cause of balance issues that have plagued him the last couple weeks.

Fletcher said Friday that he hoped to play against the Steelers, and the Redskins expected Saturday night that he would. By taking the field he would extend his streak of consecutive games played to 232. He is tied for first in the NFL with Tampa Bay’s Ronde Barber.

Inactives for the Redskins will be: Quarterback Rex Grossman, receiver Pierre Garcon, safety Brandon Meriweather, cornerback Richard Crawford, guards Josh LeRibeus and Adam Gettis and defensive end Doug Worthington.
