Who should ultimately man the Redskins’ radio broadcasts?

Sam Huff, Larry Michael, Sonny Jurgensen

Change is afoot for the broadcast team. Here are, from left, Sam Huff , Larry Michael and Sonny Jurgensen in 2004.

For those of you who listen to Redskins games, Dan Steinberg’s breakdown of who’ll man the radio booth in 2013, now that Sam Huff has stepped aside, should be of interest. But, judging by some of the comments, it also seems like a move to using Larry Michael, Sonny Jurgensen and Doc Walker could be temporary, and might not satisfy listeners.

Ideally, who would you like to hear? Names thrown out include Chris Cooley, Joe Theismann, Antwaan Randle El, Charles Mann and Brian Mitchell, all of whom have playing experience for the Redskins and varying levels of on-air experience. In the comments on Steinberg’s post, tuffy6326 suggests Al Galdi on the sidelines.
