RICHMOND — The Washington Redskins return to work Monday after players had Sunday off.
The Redskins are scheduled to have a morning walk-through and an afternoon practice at their training camp facility here.
Quarterback Robert Griffin III is unlikely to have his level of practice-field participation increased significantly this week, if Coach Mike Shanahan sticks to the plan he outlined last week. Shanahan said then he thought it would take two to three weeks for Griffin to get back into football shape and demonstrate he’s ready for more. Griffin participated in only individual drills, including seven-on-seven passing drills, during last week’s first few practices of camp as he makes his return from knee surgery in January.
Griffin is scheduled to speak to media members Monday.

Practices on Monday are at 10 a.m. and 3:20 p.m. Here’s our guide to camp, if you’re going.
Mike Jones’s Mailbag is coming later this morning.
