As we await the release of the Redskins' schedule, here's a quick look at who's on it and how often they play Washington.
The Redskins recent history in prime time isn't very pretty. But, for a team coming off a 3-13 season, Washington might be a serious draw on TV.
Preseason opener date and time has been determined
Washington will get together several times for different types of practice between now and training camp in July.
It's possible the NFL's competition committee will recommend expanding the playoff field and the owners will vote on it at next month's annual league meeting. But it probably would not take effect until the 2015 season.
That arrangement doesn't change with Wednesday's announcement of a new television deal giving part of the Thursday night broadcast package to CBS.
