Coach Jay Gruden cancelled the final day of minicamp practices as a reward to his players for the work they have put in this offseason.
After Thursday, players are off until training camp in July in Richmond.
“He’s always been a better player than me and a better coach," former Raiders and Buccaneers coach says of his brother Jay.
Gruden said that Griffin needs to learn how to tune out outside criticism, and the coach believes that Williams will help the quarterback grow and do this.
