Animal Collective, Beach House, Dan Deacon: Hot Tickets

It’s a Baltimore triple threat! Current and former Charm City denizens Animal Collective, Beach House and Dan Deacon all have shows coming to D.C. and new albums in the pipeline.

The four members of Animal Collective, who have a new album, “Centipede Hz,” due out in September, will perform at Merriweather Post Pavilion — the namesake of their 2009 electro-pop masteriece — on Oct. 2. Tickets go on sale Friday at 10 a.m. through Ticketfly and cost $30-$45.

Dream-pop duo Beach House, whose album “Bloom” is sure to rank high on many year-end lists, have tickets going on sale at the same time for an Oct. 17 show at the 9:30 Club. Tickets cost $25 through Ticketfly..

Electronic composer Dan Deacon, who also has a new album, titled “America,” due out, will be headlining the 9:30 Club on Nov. 17. Tickets are already on sale through Ticketfly and cost $15.
