Hot weather means cold drinks. And while we love blended coffee concoctions, smoothies and kitschy frozen cocktails, the frosty crown of thick, frozen splurges is worn by the milkshake. Even Miss Healthy Diet herself, Michelle Obama, caved in to the Concrete, the Shake Shack’s version of the classic burger accompaniment.
