Best late-night eats? Find them here.

It’s almost 3 a.m. at Taylor Gourmet on H Street NE, but you’d hardly know it. Taylor makes our list of the best places to eat late at night. (Photo by Evy Mages for the Washington Post)
If you haven’t noticed, there’s been a boom in the late-night dining scene. No longer do you have to choose between a diner or a giant slab of pizza: More new restaurants and bars are opting to keep the stoves burning till the wee hours, which means you can now find everything from Philly-style hoagies and Korean tacos to Jamaican patties and pie at 1 a.m.

We’ve got more than two dozen options to satisfy your late-night cravings in our new list of the Best Late-Night Eats.

Making the cut: Near U Street, we’ve got Patty Boom Boom and Fast Gourmet; on H Street, faves Taylor Gourmet and Dangerously Delicious Pies. In Georgetown, Muncheez Mania is a hidden gem, and Clarendon partiers will find late-night fare at Hard Times Cafe, Spider Kelly’s and Ravi Kabob. (And of course, we haven’t forgotten old favorites the Diner and Amsterdam Falafelshop.)

The best part? If you’ve got our new iPhone app, then you’ve got access to the list, in your pocket, at the exact moment you’re going to need it: 2 a.m. on Saturday morning.
