Best pre-’Potter’ dining near the Uptown

Whenever a big summer blockbuster hits town, the Uptown theater becomes ground-zero for fan excitement. Such is the case with the final “Harry Potter” film, which debuted at the Cleveland Park theater at midnight last night. This year, the neighborhood around the theater has exploded with new dining options.
