Food in focus: Ba Bay

In Sunday’s dining column, Tom Sietsema tried his hardest to enjoy Ba Bay, a Vietnamese newcomer to Capitol Hill. As usual, Scott Suchman’s photos helped tell the story. Here’s an extended look at the Ba Bay shoot:
