(Photo by Scott Suchman/For the Washington Post)

Tom Sietsema described the autumn rolls as “upright daggers of tempura-dipped, flash-fried rice paper packed with julienned jicama, carrot, egg and juicy Chinese sausage.” (All photos by Scott Suchman/ - For The Washington Post)
