Food in focus: Elizabeth’s Gone Raw

The big question posed by this week’s dining review: How would our veteran restaurant critic react to an establishment that doesn’t even turn on its stove? Pretty well, it turns out. At Elizabeth’s Gone Raw, Tom Sietsema found food with “with abundant complexity and unexpected appeal.”
