If you haven’t read all the way through Tom Sietsema’s Fall Dining Guide yet, we forgive you. It’s pretty robust. But you owe it to yourself to set aside three minutes of your day to check out this video profile of Toki Underground chef Erik Bruner-Yang. Fair warning: It will make you hungry for some kimchi ramen, and Toki is not open for lunch, but they do open at 5 p.m.
