Remember what August felt like? Cantina Marina will be open today from 3 to 8 p.m.

In the surest sign that today is a page ripped from the book of spring, Cantina Marina will break its annual winter hibernation and be open today for happy hour on the Southwest Waterfront from 3 to 8 p.m.

What a gorgeous day! If only Cantina were open... Well we are! Today only, on the patio from 3 to 8 pm. Featuring barbecue from Capital Q, cold beer, and margaritas. You’ve never closed out January in DC like this!
The restaurant re-opens in full come March, but so far, this is the only exception. As I wrote earlier, the only thing better than a margarita at Cantina Marina is a margarita at Cantina Marina in January.
