Bookworms, break out your planners: There’s still space for two author events at Sixth & I Historic Synagogue. Coming up March 15 is a conversation between author Jodi Picoult (“My Sister’s Keeper,” “House Rules”) and The Washington Post’s Ron Charles. Picoult will be discussing her new book, “Lone Wolf,” about a man on life support who has been estranged from his family.
Then, on March 19, Jonathan Safran Foer (“Extremely Loud and Incredibly Close,” “Everything Is Illuminated”) appears with Nathan Englander to discuss their “New American Haggadah,” a new twist on the Passover text featuring commentary from prominent Jewish figures and a new translation by Englander.
Sixth & I offers package deals so you can get a copy of the book with the price of admission. Be sure to snap up tickets on Sixth & I’s Web site before they’re all sold out, and happy reading!
