“The Expendables 2” remains the top grossing film for the second week in a row after pulling in $13.5 million. Last week’s new releases didn’t fare too well: The Joseph Gordon-Levitt-starring “Premium Rush” only reached the No. 7 slot at $6.3 million, barely ahead of Dinesh D’Souza’s “2016: Obama’s America” at No. 8 with receipts of $6.2 million. Bringing up the rear: the Dax Shepard/Kristen Bell comedy “Hit & Run,” which finished the week at $4.7 million.
