Woolly Mammoth offers on-site babysitting

Buy tickets to see the Pajama Men — Mark Chavez and Shenoah Allen — and Woolly Mammoth will take care of the babysitting. (Wes Naman).

For parents, Woolly Mammoth Theatre has a brilliant answer to the question: “But what do we do with the kids?”

At the Penn Quarter playhouse, tickets for your play date now include a playdate for the kids on select dates, as Woolly Mammoth collaborates with Adventure Theatre to offer on-site babysitting. Parents can bring their children to the theater after 6 p.m. on Dec. 21, Dec. 28 and Jan. 4 before seeing “In the Middle of No One” by comedy duo the Pajama Men at 7 and 9 p.m.

It comes at a cost, of course. $130 includes two theater tickets and babysitting for one child (there is an extra $12 charge for each additional little one). Babysitting is available from 6 p.m. until 11 p.m. for kids in grades K-6 and includes theater games, pizza and movie watching.
