The victory parade leaves from Baltimore's City Hall at 10:45 a.m. and winds through  downtown along Commerce, Pratt and Howard streets en route to M&T Bank Stadium for a rally at approximately 12:30 p.m. Parking lots open at 9 a.m. with stadium gates opening at 10 a.m.
