Hurry: Tickets available for Impala Cantina’s preview at Toki on Sunday

It seems like we've been waiting forever for Impala Cantina -- formerly Tacos Impala -- to open, though they've been popping up at the H Street Festival and on Tuesday nights at the Pug. It seems like they're getting closer: Toki Underground is hosting a four-course preview of the Impala menu on Sunday night. (Impala owner Troy Hickman is a partner at Toki.)

Space is limited -- 20 seats from 5 to 7 p.m. and 20 more from 7 to 9 p.m. -- and the $40 ticket, available on Eventbrite, includes food and tequila pairings. We suggest snapping yours up now, because they're already going fast.

The proprietors of Impala Cantina will have tacos and tequila for you at Toki Underground. (Lavanya Ramanathan/The Post)
