This thing you should try: Old Bay puffed pork rinds at Cafe Saint-Ex

April 9, 2013

Delicious things that are bad for you are all the rage right now -- see also: fried chicken and doughnuts -- so it's hard to say no to the star of Cafe Saint-Ex's new bar menu. The Old Bay puffed pork rinds are everything you'd want: crispy, a touch oily and covered with a few shakes of Old Bay for that familiar celery-salt-and-red-pepper flavor in every crackling bite. At $4 for a cone full of deep-fried goodness, there's no way, and no reason, to turn them down.
