Summer’s almost over. How are you taking advantage of an empty D.C.?

August 27, 2013

It's the laziest week of summer: It seems like half of Washington is on vacation, and the tourists have all gone home. And for those of us left behind, there is quiet -- glorious quiet. Its pleasures are fleeting; soon enough, Washington will get back to being Washington.
