Dodge City hosts Tortas Bandido pop-up

Spicy sandwiches, grilled corn and pork rinds are popping up at Dodge City starting today. For the next four weeks, the Tortas Bandido food truck team will be manning the grill Monday-Wednesday at the U Street bar. Dodge City is expanding its regular menu, too, and will debut new items on the days that Bandido chef Paul Challan isn't at the helm.  If you stop by tonight, expect some drink specials.

TORTAS

$7 Chicken Club: Chicken, Ham, Chihuahua Cheese, Avocado, Black Beans, Pickled Jalapeños

$7 Cuban: Roasted Pork, Ham, Cheese, Chipotle Mustard, Spicy Pickle Relish

$7 Roasted Mushrooms: Garlic Roasted Cremini, Portabello, Oyster, Shitake Mushrooms, Goat Cheese, Arugula, Garlic Chipotle Mojo

SIDES

$3 Mexican Corn: Corn, Mexican Crema, Queso Fresco, Chili Powder, Lime Juice

$3 Chicharron, Mexican Crema, Hot Sauce, Cilantro, Lime Juice
