Celebrate Cuba Libre’s birthday with free cava and $3 mojitos

October 3, 2013

Cuban restaurant/salsa club Cuba Libre is celebrating three years in Washington today, and its anniversary happy hour should be as buzzy (and busy) as one of its popular weekend DJ nights.

Everyone can partake of free glasses of cava, $3 mojitos and $3 empanada trios from 4:30 to 7:30 p.m. Order dinner and receive free tres leches cake, too.

The birthday festivities continue on Saturday, Oct. 12, when Cuba Libre hosts a "Havana Cabaret" with DJs, live music, pin-up girls, a cigar roller and complimentary cocktails.
