New at Table in Shaw: Tasting Tuesday, a seven-course tasting menu assembled from the regular weekly tasting sessions of chef-owner Frederik De Pue and chef de cuisine Patrick Robinson.
The changing menu, served by De Pue or Robinson at the restaurant's pair of high-top chef's tables, will consist of items unavailable on Table's regular menu. Each two-top will be available for two seatings per Tuesday, and a new menu will be posted on the restaurant's Web site each week. Tonight's menu is $95 per person, or $140 per person with wine pairings.
Last week, Table announced the hiring of pastry chef Jason Gehring, formerly of Astro Doughnuts & Fried Chicken.
