Where to watch: Dutch fans turned the Elephant and Castle a vibrant shade of orange last week, and they went beyond jerseys by donning orange scarves, cowboy hats and even lion tails. What to order: The Heineken was flowing at Elephant and Castle, with 20-ounce imperial pints for $5 during the match. (Other discounted drafts include Newcastle and Strongbow cider.) Fado has its own list of $5 drink options: 16-ounce Budweiser aluminum bottles, Heineken and orange crush vodka drinks.
