Axl Rose and the latest iteration of Guns N’ Roses will perform at the Fillmore Silver Spring later this month. Rose, the soon-to-be Rock and Roll Hall of Fame inductee, will be performing the ’80s and ’90s smash hits in a rare club appearance at the Fillmore Silver Spring on Feb. 23.
