It seems that every time some new ranking comes out, some know-it-all always finds the whole thing so obvious.

Chicago’s the murder capital? Uh, yeah. Tennessee, Arkansas and Louisiana have the highest sales taxes? Figures. Wisconsin is home to the most rabid football fans? Two words: Green Bay. Fine. We get it. You’re brilliant.

Go ahead, have at it: How well do you know the state of poverty in the states?

(Note: Sarcasm aside, we love you, dear reader! Also, the scores aren’t logged because we think you’re a bunch of cheaters and have no way to check for that.)
