Clinton on Benghazi: I’m responsible; Candy Crowley isn’t backing down; and a soup kitchen complains about Ryan (read-this roundup)

(Karel Navarro - AP)
Here’s what the Loop is reading Tuesday morning:

One for the team — Secretary of State Hillary Clinton is taking the blame for lapses in security leading up to the attacks in Benghazi.

In the driver’s seat — Despite the concerns of both presidential campaigns, CNN anchor Candy Crowley says she’ll take an active role in moderating Tuesday night’s town hall style debate.

Soup’s on — Looks like shoddy staff prep: The soup kitchen where vice presidential candidate Rep. Paul Ryan staged a photo op is none too pleased that the Wisconsin Republican elbowed his way into the facility to pose for the cameras while washing (clean!) dishes.
