(Susan Walsh - AP) Here’s what the Loop is reading Wednesday morning:

Baring all — Protesters in the Capitol are nothing to note. But naked ones? Now we’re listening. A group of activists bared it all in front of House Speaker John Boehner’s office Tuesday to protest potential cuts to AIDS funding.

Phoning it in? — FCC Chairman Julian Genachowski is expected to leave the FCC as soon as a successor is named.

A soon-to-be-renovated building in the Capitol complex may be named after long-serving House Speaker Tip O’Neill.
