A number of Loop Fans have called and written about Thursday’s column item on efforts to raise funds to finish the memorial in Shanksville, Pa., where United Flight 93 crashed on Sept. 11, 2001.

The heroic actions of the plane’s 40 passengers and crew, who brought down the jet before it could crash into its potential target, the Capitol,  saved the lives of many people that morning.

The column omitted the address for donations. The address is:

National Park Foundation
Honor Flight 93
1201 Eye Street, NW, Suite 550B
Washington, D.C. 20005

The Web site is: http://www.honorflight93.org/
