Innovative training centers start with $250

Danny Arnold had $250 fourteen years ago and decided to start a gym. Today he works with professional and every-day athletes to help them achieve success. In this video, Arnold tells the story of Texas-based Plex, his training and sports medicine center.

The video is the first in a series of entrepreneur profiles for the daily, digital magazine CultureMap.
