Meet NASA astronauts Rick Mastracchio and Mike Hopkins. The stars of the video above want to make sure you know they’re having a blast on the International Space Station. “It’s great to be in space,” Hopkins says. “We are happy to be up here orbiting above the Earth,” Mastracchio says.

Family? Holidays? Home cooking? Sure, they miss it all, but will still find a way to celebrate Thanksgiving. Witness the menu:

Turkey, stuffed bread dressing, green bean casserole (dehydrated, “We kind of have to mix it together as we eat it.”), asparagus, baked beans, potatoes, bread, drinks and dessert.
